Completely unified airend
The sophisticated structure of the high-efficiency air end enables it to run at reduced rotational speeds, which in turn decreases energy expenses. The cutting-edge unified configuration, which encompasses oil separation, an oil filter, and a thermostatic valve, minimizes the quantity of external pipes and parts, resulting in outstanding dependability
Combined air/oil cooler
Outfitted with a bypass for swift heating and regulation of oil temperature, this design diminishes wear, prevents condensation within the compressor system, and ensures the temperature of the expelled air remains low
High efficiency electric motor
The compressors are equipped with an energy saving IE3 electric motor
Automatic belt tensioning system
The self-maintaining system automatically ensures precise belt tension, which prolongs the lifespan of the belt

The independent compressors boast an extremely space-efficient design, with a best-in-class footprint of merely 0,4m2. When paired with a dryer and receiver, they allow for an optimized use of floor space, plus the setup process is quite straightforward.

The superior airends are produced using cutting-edge manufacturing processes. They are engineered with an emphasis on dependability and performance efficiency. Precision in the rotor design is ensured through extensive computerized control system inspections and measurements. These airends feature a consistent specific power consumption profile, facilitating efficient operation across a broad range of rotational speeds.
The advanced design of the high efficiency airend allows operation at low rotational speeds, and consequently lowers the energy costs. The innovative integrated design, including oil separation, oil filter and thermostatic bypass valve, reduces the number of external hoses and components offering excellent reliability. The compressors are equipped with an energy saving IE 3 electric motor with reduced CO2 emissions. As the compressors offer low noise levels they can be placed at the point of use.
